Showroom Sales

1. Customer Service:
   

   • Greet customers as they enter the showroom.
     
   • Understand customer requirements and preferences to offer appropriate product solutions.
     
   • Provide detailed information on product features benefits and pricing.
     
   • Offer design and technical advice to customers to help them choose the right tiles.
     

2. Sales:
   

   • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the showroom.
     
   • Prepare and present quotations negotiate prices and close sales deals.
     
   • Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
     

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Marketing or a related field is a plus.
  
• Proven experience 35 years in a sales role preferably in the tiles building materials or home improvement industry.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Aesthetic sense and ability to visualize and suggest design concepts.
