Intermediate Network Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Network Maintenance: Regularly inspect, maintain, and upgrade network hardware and software components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network problems in a timely manner, including issues related to connectivity, bandwidth, and network security.
• Configuration Management: Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices according to established standards and guidelines.
• Security Management: Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, viruses, and other security threats.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor network performance and traffic patterns, and implement measures to optimize network efficiency and resource utilization.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
