Job Summary:

This role primarily involves collaborating live with USbased shoppers during the night shift to purchase the best possible products for the company. You will actively work alongside these shoppers daily providing realtime feedback to maximize the effectiveness of their purchases. Your responsibilities include meticulously inspecting all items added to the buylist to ensure they meet our high standards of quality. Additionally you will assist the shoppers by providing essential details such as checkout totals and other necessary information to facilitate their buying process. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide accurate and timely support to enhance the shopping team s performance and ensure the success of our operations.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate live with USbased shoppers on a daily basis to provide immediate decisionmaking support.
  

• Analyze pricing and trend charts in realtime to determine the financial viability of products under consideration.
  

• Quickly assess each item against company quality and profitability standards before making purchasing decisions.
  

• Offer rapid feedback on buylist items instructing the US team to keep or discard products based on live analysis.
  

• Communicate essential transactional details such as checkout totals and additional required information to shoppers instantly.
  

• Update and maintain the buylist dynamically throughout the purchasing session to reflect realtime decisions.
  

• Enter accurate and timely data into the company s systems for every transaction and decision made.
  

• Monitor market trends and product availability continuously to provide informed advice during live shopping sessions.
  

• Report daily on key performance indicators related to product acceptance rates costs and ROI.
  

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements during the purchasing process.
  

• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest market trends and analysis tools.
  

• Collaborate closely with the RA Manager and other team members to enhance purchasing strategies and processes.
  

• Identify and propose new tools or technologies that can improve realtime data analysis and purchasing decisions.
  

• Maintain a high level of market knowledge to predict shifts and potential opportunities.
  

• Review and analyze postpurchase data to refine future purchasing strategies based on past performance.
  

• Educate and guide USbased shoppers on best practices for identifying and assessing potential purchases.
  

• Develop contingency plans for handling unexpected market changes or product shortages during live sessions.
  

• Lead initiatives to optimize and streamline live purchasing operations for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  

• Participate in strategy meetings to discuss improvements and innovations in the live purchasing process.
  

• Foster a proactive datadriven culture among the team to improve performance continuously and outcomes.
  

• Contribute beneficial data to weekly meetings with the team.
  

• Ensure that they are using GiftCards on all the stores that we can use Gift Cards on to help increase profits.
  

• Support the shopper to help them succeed. Allow them to be able to purchase as much as possible while following company standards.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in Ecommerce or Retail Arbitrage: Demonstrated experience in online purchasing and decisionmaking under realtime conditions.
  

• Strong Analytical and Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in analyzing complex data sets and charts to make quick informed decisions.
  

• Technical Proficiency: Wellversed in using ecommerce platforms and office software with a strong emphasis on realtime data analysis tools.
  

• Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of clear effective communication in highpressure live collaboration settings.
  

• DecisionMaking Ability: Skilled at making rapid accurate decisions to optimize purchasing outcomes.
