الوصف الوظيفي
- Provide ongoing candidate management with an aim to attracting appropriate talent for operational positions.
- Act as the point of contact for the resolution of applicant queries, including liaising with external providers.
- Identify potential risks and conflicts and inform management.
- Review and analyse applications and draft correspondence to applicants as required.
- Develop and deliver relevant training to HR practitioners and relevant stakeholders.
- Undertake recruitment activities and checks to ensure that applicants are eligible for appointment in accordance with legislative requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in the development, implementation, coordination and ongoing delivery of recruitment and selection activities.
