Digital Marketing amp Social Media Specialist - Maryon

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing & social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role you will spearhead our digital marketing initiatives and social media driving brand awareness engagement and revenue growth through datadriven strategies and compelling campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM marketing database email social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies.
• Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing/digital marketing field with excellent results.
• 58 years of social media/digital marketing experience.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM marketing database email social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in brand account management including guiding content creation and edition.
• An analytical and creative mindset with a desire to support SMs strategic and innovative goals.
• Strong communication skills with an aptitude for understanding diverse situations and building relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders and projects in a fastpaced environment to ensure efficiency while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Problemsolving mindset and ability to work independently and to come up with creative solutions.
• Fluency in Arabic & English.
