UIUX Designer - Career Maker

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join a wellestablished Group in Bahrain. As a UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand user requirements conduct user research and translate insights into innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and project requirements.
• Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
• Develop and maintain design systems style guides and UI kits to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback usability testing and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

• Proven 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD Sketch Figma or similar software.
• Solid understanding of usercentered design principles information architecture and interaction design.
• Experience with user research methodologies usability testing and datadriven design decisions.
• Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Strong attention to detail problemsolving skills and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
