Responsibilities:

• Lead the endtoend design process from conducting user research and conceptualizing wireframes to creating highfidelity prototypes and collaborating with developers to ensure pixelperfect implementation.
• Create usercentered design solutions that align with business goals incorporating best practices in interaction design usability and visual aesthetics.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers engineers and marketers to gather insights define requirements and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
• Conduct user research and usability tests to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in user interface design and user experience principles.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects including web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD or Figma as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
• Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to communicate effectively and present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically about user pain points and propose innovative design solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
