BUSINESS ANALYST - ARABIC SPEAKER

Our company is at the forefront of the metaverse revolution creating immersive digital experiences that bridge virtual and physical worlds. As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in shaping our metaverse strategy analyzing data and driving informed decisionmaking.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear actionable requirements. Conduct workshops interviews and surveys to capture user stories and functional specifications.
• Data Analysis: Analyze metaverse user behavior engagement metrics and performance data. Identify trends patterns and opportunities for optimization.
  Work closely with technical team to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing processes and workflows within the metaverse project. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Document and communicate changes to relevant teams.
• Market Research: Stay informed about metaverse industry trends competitors and emerging technologies. Conduct market research to identify potential partnerships investment opportunities and growth areas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and product managers. Bridge communication gaps between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Risk Assessment: Identify risks related to metaverse development adoption and scalability.
  Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in technology gaming or virtual reality.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (Arabic and English).
• Experience and knowledge the Oman public sector/Government.
• Familiarity with metaverse concepts blockchain and NFTs is a plus.
