Senior Product Manager - Merchant Ad Tech Platform

At Benjamin were passionate about rewarding everyday actions through our MoMos (Money Moments). Benjamin is a new cashrewards platform for consumers merchants and gamers to earn cash called Benjamin Money Moments by completing daily tasks playing casual games viewing content and ads and making everyday card purchases with cash back.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Platform Strategy and Development:

• Lead the development and execution of our merchant platform strategy focusing on delivering value to our partners and enhancing their experience with ability to create offers and savings.
• Define product roadmaps prioritize features and drive execution in collaboration with engineering design and business development teams.
• Ensure seamless integration of merchant platform functionalities within our ecosystem.

Ad Tech Platform Strategy and Development:

• Drive the vision and strategy for our ad tech platform leveraging innovative technologies to build out an AdTech Platform along with Developer portal and Offerbased marketplace
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enhance ad targeting capabilities and maximize ROI for advertisers and consumers (Demand and Supplyside)
• Lead the development of new ad formats and monetization opportunities within our platform.

Developer Portals and API Management:

• Design and implement developer portals where brands and companies can access our APIs obtain security tokens and manage API keys.
• Ensure developer portals provide comprehensive documentation tutorials and support resources to facilitate integration and usage.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define API specifications endpoints and authentication mechanisms.

Technical Leadership and Collaboration:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to teams including engineers designers and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to drive API development and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product development process.

Product Management Skills:

• Proficiency in strategic roadmap development with the ability to drive product vision and strategy.
• Strong project management skills including prioritization deadline management and resource allocation.
• Effective communication of technical concepts and product requirements to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Most Important Qualifications (In Order) from Product Management perspective:

• Handson experience in defining the strategy UX/UI User Stories etc for building Ad Tech platforms developer portals API management solutions and adbased marketplace.
• Strong technical background with experience in API development authentication mechanisms Integrations and security best practices.
• 3 years of product management experience in hypergrowth startup environments.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills adaptable to remote work environments.

• Youve worked with brands and merchants in the marketing space.
• You understand how merchants think and what they need to maximize their revenue and bring highest ROI on ads.
