Key Account Sales Manager Opportunity


Position: Key Account Sales Manager Japan

Location: Kawasaki Japan

We have an immediate opening for a Japan Key Account Manager to grow our business in Japan.


The Key Account Manager will be based in Kawasaki Japan.


What You Will Do:


In charge of key semiconductor electronics and optical account customers and smaller territory customers and achieve the order and sales targets.

Quote for the RFQ and win new businesses by optimizing the proposal to customers through collaborations with related global functions.

Solve customers conflicts in Quality Cost Delivery etc. with the support of application and service engineering team.

Manage the customer relationship topics such as contracts and organize events such as top management meeting/roadshows/tech day with the support of the country head.

Prepare sales/order report forecasts industry analysis and create account sales growth plans.

Communicate with PI s global function teams and follow up the deliveries to the customers.


What Have You Done:

BS or MS degree in Engineering Mechanical Electrical or Physics or BS or MSdegree in Business Economics and other liberal arts or equivalent degrees.

10 years of sales and key account manager.

Logical thinking to work in the global manufacturing company environment.

Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills and good team member spirit.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Experience with customer issue escalations such as quality troubles legal conflict etc.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Dynamics or experience with a CRM ERP to handle sales data for reporting purposes.

Understanding of motion control piezotechnology photonics or instrumentation is desirable.

The ability to travel up to 20% travel mainly domestic but also international.
