Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the client base within an assigned territory in France ensuring optimal market penetration and sales growth.
- Regularly visit points of sale to execute sales strategies enhance product placement extend product range and deploy fixtures.
- Conduct brand training sessions oversee B2B platform onboarding and manage entry and exit surveys to gather valuable market insights.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate reports on all sales activities and customer interactions using the companys CRM system.
- Achieve targets related to revenue distribution pointofsale visibility product range and retailer onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure activations are executed to the highest standard.
- Provide support at national trade shows and other promotional events.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales with a strong preference for candidates from the tobacco ecigarette or FMCG industries. Experience in the packed snacks and beverage sector is also highly valued.
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and French required. Additional fluency in Arabic or Urdu will be considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Selfmotivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferred someone works at Paris France.
