Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized individual who can work independently manage tasks efficiently and proactively communicate. The responsibilities for this position include:

• Billing and Posting Through Interlink
• Performing Bookkeeping Functions in QuickBooks
• Making phone calls and sending emails for Collections/Account Receivable Concerns
• Managing Ad Trafficking (traffic coordination) which involves overseeing ad materials communicating with advertisers (able to handle phone calls when necessary) and proofing artworks
• Updating content on websites and managing social media postings
• Performing Administrative tasks such as data entry list building and report generation
• Generating leads during downtime/slow periods utilizing both email and phone
• Providing sales support
• Managing email as needed
