Mechanical QC Inspector

• Perform detailed inspections of mechanical systems equipment and installations ensuring compliance with industry standards specifications and regulatory requirements.
  
• Oversee testing of mechanical components and systems interpreting results to ensure they meet quality standards.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspection findings nonconformances and corrective actions.
  
• Identify document and track nonconformances while ensuring effective corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
  
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports providing management with quality data and analysis for review.
  
• Audit mechanical installation processes and quality control systems regularly to identify and address gaps.
  
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality standards and compliance requirements.
  
• Collaborate with engineers contractors and project managers to ensure quality assurance across all project phases.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Quality Control or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 4 years in quality control inspection preferably in the mechanical/construction industry.
  
• Relevant certifications in mechanical quality control or inspection.
  
• Deep understanding of mechanical systems equipment and quality standards.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills to analyze and resolve quality issues.
  
• Effective multitasking abilities for handling multiple inspections and maintaining documentation.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate with stakeholders.
  
• Sharp eye for identifying quality deviations.
  
• Ability to work efficiently in dynamic project environments.
