Senior Full Stack Developer

Position Summary:The Senior Full Stack Developer will play a crucial role in leading the design development and delivery of web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our team of developers designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in both frontend and backend development as well as leadership skills to guide and mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of web and mobile applications from concept to delivery ensuring high performance scalability and maintainability.
• Architect and implement complex frontend and backend solutions using the latest technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements scope and timelines.
• Mentor and coach junior developers providing guidance support and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Conduct code reviews testing and debugging to ensure the quality reliability and security of applications.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in web and mobile development and evaluate new tools and frameworks to improve our development process.
• Work closely with designers to ensure a seamless user experience and interface design.
• Collaborate with product managers to define user stories acceptance criteria and project milestones.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.js.
• Deep understanding of backend development concepts and technologies such as Node.js Express Django or Spring Boot.
• Experience with relational and nonrelational databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB or Firebase.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Leadership abilities with a track record of leading and mentoring junior developers.
