Junior Backend Developer

Position Summary:The Junior Backend Developer will work closely with our team of experienced developers to design develop and maintain backend systems and APIs for our applications. You will have the opportunity to gain handson experience with modern backend technologies and frameworks while contributing to the success of our projects. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong programming skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement backend systems and APIs using languages such as Node.js Python or Java.
• Develop and maintain database schemas queries and optimizations for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure the security and integrity of backend systems.
• Write clean welldocumented and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of backend systems.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in backend development and contribute innovative ideas to improve our products.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including frontend developers designers and testers to deliver highquality solutions on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Node.js Python or Java.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Express.js Django or Spring Boot.
• Experience with relational and nonrelational databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB or Firebase.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
