Job Description:We are looking for a seasoned Senior Brand Manager with a minimum of six years of experience to oversee the development and execution of our brand strategy. As the Senior Brand Manager you will be responsible for shaping our brand identity messaging and positioning to resonate with our target audience and drive brand loyalty. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints and lead initiatives to elevate our brand presence in the market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand awareness differentiation and preference.
  2. Lead the development and evolution of the brand identity including brand positioning messaging visual identity and brand guidelines.
  3. Manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives to support brand objectives and drive engagement across various channels.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing product sales and creative teams to ensure alignment and integration of brand messaging and initiatives.
  5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends consumer insights and opportunities to strengthen the brands competitive position.
  6. Develop and manage brand budgets forecasts and KPIs to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and investments.
  7. Partner with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute brand campaigns creative assets and brand activations.
  8. Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate internally ensuring brand consistency and alignment across all internal communications and initiatives.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in brand management and marketing and recommend innovative strategies to drive brand growth.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of six years of experience in brand management or related roles preferably in mention relevant industry/sector.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness engagement and loyalty.
  4. Strong understanding of branding principles strategies and best practices including brand positioning messaging visual identity and brand architecture.
  5. Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand strategies and initiatives.
  6. Leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire motivate and develop a highperforming team.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  8. Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in brand management.
  9. Experience working with external agencies vendors and partners to develop and execute brand campaigns and initiatives.
