Business Analyst

Job Summary:We are looking for a detailoriented and analytical Business Analyst to provide valuable insights and support decisionmaking processes across various departments within our food manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis business process optimization and project management with a keen understanding of the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   • Collect analyze and interpret data from multiple sources using tools such as Power BI Excel and other software to identify trends patterns and insights relevant to business performance and operations.
   • Develop and maintain dashboards reports and other analytical tools using Power BI and Excel to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and KPIs.
   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define key metrics and performance indicators for tracking and measuring business objectives.
2. Business Process Improvement:
   • Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
   • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable recommendations for process enhancements.
   • Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to streamline operations increase efficiency and reduce costs across the organization.
3. Project Management:
   • Support the planning execution and monitoring of projects and initiatives aimed at driving business growth and improvement.
   • Coordinate with project teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with strategic goals and priorities.
   • Track project progress identify potential risks and issues and propose solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
   • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends consumer preferences and competitive dynamics within the food industry.
   • Monitor competitor activities product offerings and market positioning to inform strategic decisionmaking and identify opportunities for differentiation.
5. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
   • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand business needs priorities and challenges.
   • Communicate findings recommendations and insights effectively through presentations reports and other communication channels.
   • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to foster collaboration and support the achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration economics finance or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP PMP) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a business analyst data analyst or similar role preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI Excel SQL and others.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail with a focus on delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Solid understanding of business processes project management principles and industry best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Selfmotivated and adaptable with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
