Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of Year 4 students fostering a love for learning and academic excellence.

Assess student progress regularly providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate growth and achievement.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies ensuring a cohesive and enriching curriculum.

Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to inspire curiosity critical thinking and creativity among students.

Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders building positive partnerships to support student learning and wellbeing.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience preferably within a primary school setting.

Strong subject knowledge in English and mathematics with a proven track record of delivering highquality instruction and achieving excellent outcomes.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students colleagues and parents.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for continuous improvement. Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) and eligibility to work in the UK.
