About the Role

We are seeking experienced and detailoriented Paintworkers for our operations in Nrb Norway. The role involves preparing and applying paint varnish and other finishes to protect and decorate surfaces of various materials. Ideal candidates will be skilled in different painting techniques understand the importance of surface preparation and be committed to maintaining highquality finishes on every project.

Role Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces for painting including cleaning sanding and fixing imperfections.
• Make the car ready for painting
• Make the car ready for customers
• responsible for the car in the whole process
• Need to know how to paint cars
• Change windshields
• Selecting and mixing the appropriate paints and finishes.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Paintworker or similar role in the industry.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation methods.
• A keen eye for detail and a qualityoriented approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the painting industry.
