Job Description:

Fulltime architectural draftsman

Role:

Using computeraided design and drafting (CADD) software.

Prepare detailed architectural interior structure and MEP drawings for

residential and commercial construction projects.

Create drawings based on building specifications.

Coordinate with and consult other workers to design layout or detail components

and systems and to resolve design or other problems.

Draw rough and detailed drawings based on preliminary concepts sketches

specification sheets and other data.

Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.

Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using computerassisted

drafting equipment.

Work with architect to ensure that construction project is in accordance with

design specifications.

Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and architects

and interior designer

Help design products with engineering and manufacturing techniques

Add details to architectural plans from their knowledge of building techniques

Specify dimensions materials and procedures for new products

Work under the supervision of engineers or architects

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates must have at least Bachelors / College Degree in engineering or relevant

courses.

Minimum of 25 years working experience is required for this position.

Knowledgeable in AutoCAD SketchUp and 3D rendering interior design details
