Sales Executive - UBEX

UBEX is an international courier delivery and logistics services company based in Bahrain established in 2012 and expanding within the region and globally. UBEX is seeking a Sales Executive to join its Bahrainbased team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the air freight and courier service industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations and customer service to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales proposals negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities performance and market insights to the management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the air freight industry.
• Strong knowledge of air freight and courier service operations pricing structures and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
• Selfmotivated with a proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: From BD500.000 per month

• Bahraini driving license (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
