Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price quality reliability and delivery speed.
• Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with suppliers to obtain the best value for the organization.
• Maintain and update records of purchases pricing and inventory levels using procurement software or databases.
• Review purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to determine their procurement needs and specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and track usage patterns to anticipate future procurement needs.
• Expedite orders and resolve delivery issues to ensure timely receipt of materials and supplies.
• Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Stay informed about market trends new products and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Implement costsaving initiatives and process improvements to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
