Job Title: Junior Accountant

Department: Accounts and Finance

Reports To: Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Accountant with 35 years of accounting experience in the construction and engineering sectors.

Responsibilities:

Manage daytoday accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable payroll and general ledger entries.

Assist in financial analysis budget preparation and forecasting for construction and engineering projects.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations related to the construction industry.

Subject the reply with Red volcano when applying.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to track project costs budgets and financial performance.

Prepare financial reports statements and reconciliations for management review.

Participate in audits and provide support during financial inspections.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.

35 years of proven experience in accounting roles preferably in construction or engineering sectors.

Knowledge of construction accounting principles cost accounting and project accounting software.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite particularly Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technology savvy having strong understanding on Operating systems.

Work Location: Manama Bahrain

Travel Requirements: Able to travel if required.

Availability to Relocate: Willingness to relocate if required.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: From BD200.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
