Call Center Agent Remote

Sataware Technologies is seeking a dedicated and customerfocused remote Call Center Agent to join our growing team in the Information Technology and Services industry. As a Call Center Agent you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

Call Center Agent Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Follow up customer calls where necessary

Call Center Agent Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
• Strong problemsolving skills

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
