Scrum Master

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master with handson experience in Agile Release Train (ART). Certification as a Scrum Master is a must for this role. As a Scrum Master you will play a critical role in facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies coaching teams to optimize their performance and ensuring successful delivery of projects within the Agile framework.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams facilitating Scrum events including Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
  
• Guide and coach Agile teams on Agile principles and practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
  
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  
• Work closely with the Agile Release Train (ART) to plan coordinate and execute program increments (PIs) and releases.
  
• Foster effective communication and collaboration between crossfunctional teams removing impediments and promoting transparency.
  
• Facilitate decisionmaking and conflict resolution ensuring alignment with Agile values and principles.
  
• Track and report on team metrics such as velocity burndown charts and team health indicators to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Support the adoption of Agile practices and tools providing training and mentoring to team members and stakeholders as needed.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field.
  
• Minimum 12 years of overall experience in software development or IT projects.
  
• At least 6 years of handson experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams in software development or related projects.
  
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM PSM or equivalent) is required.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe etc.).
  
• Experience working with Agile Release Train (ART) and coordinating multiple Agile teams is essential.
  
• Excellent facilitation coaching and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  
• Proven track record of driving Agile transformations and delivering successful outcomes in complex environments.
