Have to have JIRA/JIVA/FLEXI healthplan (Medicaid)need UAT testing 10years of BA (QNXT is a plus)

DayToDay: Our company is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Implementation Delivery team. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for the implementation and support of quality initiatives within assigned areas through business requirements elicitation documentation and testing support. These Business Analysts will serve as a liaison between internal/external customers and IT for business definition scope testing and implementation to ensure quality efficiency effectiveness and customer knowledge to improve business practices.

The ideal candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude possess an ability to take initiate and be a selfstarter. The main function of the BAs is to elicit and document business requirements conduct UAT and drive projects for the business areas as SMEs. They should have a strong background in project implementations requirements gathering & documentation QNXT Medicaid/Medicare/Commercial LOBs communication and most importantly have a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements for implementation projects

Write acceptance criteria for user stories and ensure project deliverables meet these criteria

Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement

Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions

Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders and escalate as necessary

Conduct UAT for identified business requirements

Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented and tested

Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and drive decisions

Manage project scope and timelines to ensure projects deliverables are on time

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

Create and maintain project documentation including project plans process maps and requirements documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or related field

3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a health plan environment

Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements

Documenting and driving review sessions for requirements gathering

Member enrollment/EDI834 experience (Enrollment/ EDI is much easier to train than the basic business requirement skillset so if there is a heavy hitter with all other requirements but not as strong in Enrollment/EDI will submit)

Sales/Broker experience (waiting to see if applicable to this particular posiiton)

Salesforce (waiting to see if SF is a requirement or preferred)

Edifecs (familiarity with Edifecs and QNXT is advantageous but not required)

Process mapping

QNXT(not required but nice to have)

Commercial/Medicaid/Medicare LOB experience (not everyone is required to have commercial experience but they do need some with Commercial as this is new territory for the team and MUST have strong experience on either Medicaid/Medicare OR Commercial to even be considered)
