Sr Manager- Process Mechanical

To provide Subject Matter Expertise on Process Mechanical Process Cooling Water Compressed Air Vacuum etc..

Responsibilities

1. Engineering and design of process mechanical systems in advanced manufacturing facilities. Development of supply and distribution systems for process chemicals ultrapure water processes wastewater process cold water vacuum or compressed dry air

1. Provide technical expertise (functional specifications and specifications of services) on process mechanical systems / subcontracts to the tendering and procurement team. Provide accurate and competitive quantity estimates during bidding for process mechanical systems / services. Drive value engineering during execution with focus on cost optimization on the budgeted cost

2. Develop concepts and documents in accordance with the contract (e.g. specifications drawings functional descriptions) and ensure the best quality of implementation and compliance with EHS requirements. Reviewing the basis of design permitting procedures drawings reports specifications and all other work necessary to meet the client requirements. Review and provide approval of design calculations schematics technical submittals QAPs and Shop drawings for process mechanical systems.

3. Provide technical expertise to projects on process mechanical systems scope Design Installation and Commissioning and interface with other trades). Guide team on installation of appropriate systems on the construction site. Reviewing FAT/SAT and accepting the materials for Installation

4. Ensure timely availability of GFC drawings & technical documents.

5. Implement/follow proper QA/QC procedures by maintaining and following Project QA/QC Manual 6. Coordinate all interfaces and establish a reliable flow of information internally and externally. 7. System coordination with customers and subcontractors and interdisciplinary coordination 8. Hazard analysis and assessment

Skills Experience & Education

The ideal candidate should have expertise in process mechanical systems for projects in Semiconductor FAB/OSAT EV battery facilities etc. Projects. Candidate to have degree in Mechanical Engineering (B. Tech /B.E.) and > 15 years work experience
