Job Description:

Position: Salesforce Technical Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Type: C2C

Requirements:

• 8 years of proven SF BA experience;
• Consolidation will require complex data migration as the datasets for the two systems
• Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Excellent analysis skills; able to understand and create requirements for complex user scenarios. Must know about healthcare;
• Must be very business process oriented; must demonstrate detailed understanding of complex business processes from their past projects.
• Strong experience writing requirements for integrations
• Must know SF functionality; need to know what is OOTB in SF
• Excellent communication; must be excellent both verbal and written
• Naturally inquisitive
• Must be able to coach and mentor more junior BAs; some quality leadership experience.
• Must be exceedingly proactive; not someone waiting around telling them what to do.
