About the role:
The Process Monitoring Engineer is responsible for the monitoring of NSI Mobile Water Solutions (MWS) installations operational at customer sites providing feedback advice and optimization to both customers and the MWS team. The primary focus is on enhancing customer satisfaction increasing uptime improving performance and reducing operational costs.
What willyou be doing We have listed it for you:
Utilize realtime control systems to monitor installed installations at customer premises.
Analyze performance data and make recommendations.
Resolve malfunctions promptly and advise customers and team.
Conduct customer visits for issue resolution and relationship building.
Collaborate with teams on monitoring observations and improvements.
Generate customer and internal reports.
Utilize trending sheets for data evaluation and identify improvement points.
Optimize monitoring systems for efficiency.
Provide technical assistance to maintenance teams.
Participate in layout designs for projects.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Assist in training when required and notify operations of issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Review and update processes to meet standards.
Write and update standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with the C&I engineer and operations managers for processes and controls implementation.
Performs other duties of similar nature and level as assigned.
What were looking for:
Bachelors degree in process engineering or equivalent in experience
Possess 13 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with pertinent industry laws standards and regulations.
Proficient in both written and spoken English at a professional level.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook Excel and Word) and Google Sheet
Acquainted with data management systems.
Possess a valid Drivers License to drive in the region.
Location:
This role is expected to be based in the office in Doetinchem the Netherlands and with ability to travel to global (NSI Mobile Water Solutions) sites as business required.
