Open Position: Quantity Surveyor (Construction Industry)

A Construction Industry is currently hiring Quantity Surveyor to join them in their Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or any related field.

Tender management including preparation of bills of quantities contract conditions and assembly of tender documents.

Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and where appropriate negotiate with the contractors.

Preparation and administration of contractors claims and settlement of final accounts.

Experience in quantity surveying preferably from Construction industry

Have good practical organization and communication skills.

Able to speak Mandarin fluently in order to assist and communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
