Requirements

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Perform new patient evaluations and examinations
  
• Determine necessary PT based on prescriptions referrals patient conditions and records
  
• Plan prepare and administer treatment programs based on evaluation of patient data
  
• Evaluate and record the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust to achieve maximum benefit
  
• Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuum of care
  
• Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes weekly reports initial evaluations and discharge summaries
  
• Communicate with referring physicians
  

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Florida
  
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
• Experience with vestibular/Pelvic floor/Lymphedema is a plus
  
• 1 years of experience in the field is preferred
