- Create and develop effective internal communications plan across the organisation
- Ensure impactful messages reach the right target audiences
- Manage and develop new/existing internal communications channels
- Increase employee engagement through survey management, participation and promotion initiatives
- Represent the brand ambassador in all perspectives
- Perform positive touch point for business visits (hospitality and presentations)
- Deliver engaging internal communication messages via appropriate channels
- Promote employee engagement within the organisation
