DevOps Engineer

Job brief

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to help in executing the full lifecycle of the product development by programming welldesigned efficient and testable code that meets specifications.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate software build testing and deployment processes. This involves configuring and managing build servers version control systems and release management tools.
• Designing provisioning and managing infrastructure resources using tools like Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation) and configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible Chef Puppet). Automating the setup and configuration of servers networks and storage.
• Implementing monitoring solutions to track the performance availability and security of systems and applications. Setting up alerts and notifications for potential issues and incidents. Analyzing monitoring data to identify trends performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Leveraging cloud platforms (such as AWS Azure or GCP) to architect deploy and manage scalable and reliable systems. Understanding cloud service offerings optimizing resource utilization and ensuring costeffective operations.
• Implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g. GDPR PCI DSS). Managing access controls encryption vulnerability scanning and security incident response.
• Managing and automating the configuration of software and infrastructure components. Using tools like Ansible Chef or Puppet to maintain consistent and standardized environments across development testing and production.
• Develops documentation flowcharts layouts diagrams charts code comments and clean code to explain and show solutions.
• Determines and designs system specifications standards and programming to prepare and install solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in Cloud Hosting and Server Management (1 Year)
• Experience in GitHub Action
• Experience in Azure AWS GCP DigitalOcean or Linode
• Able to effectively and quickly adopt new technology
• Good communication skills
