Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Financial Controller to lead our team of bookkeepers and oversee the financial operations for our client companies. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy completeness and timeliness of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage a team of 35 bookkeepers providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and development.
• Financial Oversight: Problemsolve journal entries create and refine financial systems and perform quality checks on all financial documents.
• Reporting and Compliance: Ensure all monthend closings are completed on time for 30 companies maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Customer Communication: Actively communicate with customers ensuring they have access to accurate and timely financial data and receive an exceptional service experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Xero and other accounting systems.
• Familiarity with Acumaticas financial aspects (training provided if necessary).
• Strong leadership and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities to meet tight deadlines.
