Culture and Communication Trainer with German

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a GermanspeakingCulture and Communication Trainer to join their team in Cairo.

Position:Culture and Communication Trainer

Location: Cairo Egypt

Employment type: Fulltime.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and deliver training programs focused on enhancing communication skills cultural sensitivity and crosscultural understanding specifically tailored for Germanspeaking employees
• Create engaging and interactive training materials including presentations workshops and elearning modules to support the learning objectives
• Conduct training sessions both inperson and virtually ensuring active participation and understanding among participants
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments feedback and performance metrics and make continuous improvements
• Provide oneonone coaching and support to employees as needed to address specific communication challenges or cultural differences
• Stay updated on industry trends best practices and cultural nuances relevant to the BPO industry and the Germanspeaking market
• Assist in onboarding new employees providing cultural orientation and language support as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in German (native or nearnative proficiency) is essential fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Bachelors degree in Communication Intercultural Studies Education or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Previosuexperience as a trainer or facilitator delivering culture and communication training programs in a multicultural environment
• Strong understanding of cultural differences communication styles and business etiquette in both Germanspeaking countries and the global context
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
• Experience with instructional design and curriculum development is highly desirable
• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with employees at all levels
• Flexibility to adapt training methods and content to meet the needs of different learning styles and cultural backgrounds
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with elearning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
• Certification in training or coaching (e.g. CTT CPLP ACC) is an advantage.
