Tokenisation Project Manager

Role:

• Manage and support the successful launch of tokenization for the Client;
• Ensure the timely readiness on (MDES) Mastercard Digital Enablement Service issuing tokenization (such as M4M xPays) Local wallet TSP (token service provider) tokenization ecommerce (MPGS (Mastercard payment gateway service)) and contactless readiness;
• Liaise between the Clients various teams and Mastercard implementation and product teams to ensure activities are performed as planned;
• Provide technical support to ensure compliance with technical requirements and regulatory requirements;
• Coordinate workshops to support advance the initiatives from a business and technical perspective leveraging Mastercard technical experts (as needed);
• Provide a weekly and monthly reports on project progress challenges issues timelines and solutions to move forward reaching the set dates; and
• Create value visibility for priority initiatives across relevant metrics and KPIs with actiondriving dashboard

Requirements experience and skills

• Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. project management engineering technology)
• 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on endtoend project management of complex digital technology projects within the banking / payments domain
• Extensive experience working on banking / payment product and proposition launches and solution deployments in multiple markets
• Strong knowledge of project management and technology delivery methodologies
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to converse with technology teams to address challenges within project constraints
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and manage project risks
• Experience managing schedules and resources with a focus on delivering projects on time to the required quality standards.
