Role Description

This is a full-time Salesperson role at HENA. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals. You will also provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions. This is a hybrid role, meaning it is based in Manama but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Knowledge of the gig economy and freelance market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
