Please find job details below: Experience: 3 to 8 Yrs Duty Hours: 8 Hrs Project Duration: 1 Yrs Location: Doha Roles And Responsibility: - Installed, Maintained, Supported, and updated all Microsoft Windows Operating Systems for all workstations and servers within a specific network. - Migration of VMs from Hyper-V to VMWare. - Firmware upgrade of HPE, Cisco & Dell Servers. - Managing monthly Hyper-V Patching. - Windows OS upgradation. - Commissioning of new physical and Virtual Servers. - VMware Host Dashboard Monitoring. - Ensured stability and security of network by regularly monitoring system, trouble-shooting potential problems and cascading software issues to venders for immediate resolution. - Data Center Monitoring (Power, Cooling, Facilities, Backup Cooling) Datacenter Preventive Maintenance Data Center Support Escalations Data Center Reports. - Part of 24/7 support team; rotated with other team members to address concerns and issue cascaded by customers from different time zones. - Virus Scan Check Backup & Restore logs. - Giving Folder Permissions to user, Removing Permissions, Creating a group in Active Directory. - Backup Jobs, Check Monthly Backup & Restore logs, Common Folder Cleanup Checking running jobs, checking completed jobs, running failed jobs formatting the media. - Experience in BMC remedy tool.
