Prosegur Change are now opening several new branches at Changi Airport and therefore looking for an Administrator.

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity awaits you in our Changi Airport Singapore operation to join one of the most successful independent retail foreign exchange groups. We are committed to nurturing individual skills and supporting career aspirations.

As an Administrator at Prosegur Change you will play a pivotal role in supporting our backoffice functions including Human Resources and Finance contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daytoday administration of the HR database including data input monitoring and generating reports.
  • Ensure accurate data is entered into the HR database maintaining uptodate records and documentation.
  • Obtain satisfactory employment references in compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
  • Produce references for exemployees ensuring adherence to data protection requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate personnel files in accordance with company policies facilitating internal and external audits.
  • Generate rosters with adequate notice provided to the team ensuring efficient staffing levels.
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll adhering to provided timescales and ensuring accuracy of payments.
  • Prepare obtain and maintain documentation relating to airport ID passes.
  • Provide administrative support to back office functions to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
  • Undertake any other duties deemed essential for effective operations and services as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferably within HR or finance
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in HR database management and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
  • The ability to speak good English and be of good character and integrity.

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week 5 out of 7 days 8 hour shifts on flexible working pattern

Eligibility:

  • Must be eligible to work fulltime in Singapore.
