Operations Manager
Tajalla a leading marketing and advertising company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of our company and ensuring the smooth functioning of various departments. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement operational strategies improve efficiency and drive the overall success of our organization.
Requirements
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency
Oversee the daytoday operations of the company
Manage and mentor a team of employees
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills
Experience in operations management and the marketing and advertising industry is preferred
