CBRE GWS KSA is a leading global real estate services. We are currently seeking a highly professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Jubail Saudi Arabia. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors while also providing administrative support to the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department
Maintain a neat and organized reception area
Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and conference calls
Receive and distribute incoming mail faxes and deliveries
Assist with various administrative tasks such as photocopying filing and data entry
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and communication
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree is a plus
Minimum of 12 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Professional appearance and demeanor
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
Saudi nationals are preferred
