Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Finance Accounting or Engineering.
• 3 years of experience as a PreConstruction Project Manager with expertise in scheduling budgeting and planning.
• Experience in the energy industry.
• Inherent ability to manage a fastpaced highstress environment.
• Capability to work independently with limited direction.

Preferred:

• Strong financial and data analysis skillset.
• Mechanical awareness and/or interest in technical variables.
• Experience in construction energy industry and/or solar projects.
• Strong interest in career growth in Project Management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Take ownership of assigned solar projects and collaborate with the Regional Lead to actively manage projects through the EarlyStage processes.
• Manage each assigned solar project comprehensively ensuring technical feasibility appropriate scheduling commercial support and financial viability.
• Analyze technical and financial data identify notable variables indicators and trends related to assigned solar projects.
• Support the creation and management of assigned solar project capital budgets.
• Provide development and permitting support coordinate with subject matter experts facilitate engineering engage in problem resolution support capital budget activities develop construction plans/schedules and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Utilize various software applications to support project activities manage critical data and deliverables.
• Communicate and interface with Executive Leadership with the support of the Regional Lead.
