CRM Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify valuable data sources and automate business reports
• Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
• Build predictive models and machinelearning algorithms
• Present information using data visualization techniques
• Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
• Develop and implement CRM strategies that increase customer satisfaction loyalty and retention.
• Manage and analyze customer data to create targeted marketing campaigns.
• Train team members on new CRM strategies and tools.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in customer relationship management and recommend improvements to our CRM system.

• Ability to work independently and in a team have good judgment and the ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Analyze and solve complex problems and have careful attention to detail.
• Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
• Advanced Skills in MS Excel Advanced Pivot Tables Creation PowerPoint
• Good time management and organizational skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Computer Science Engineering Finance Business administration logistics supply chain Data Science or other quantitative field is preferred
• Some experience as a Data Analyst
• Experience in data mining
• Understanding of machinelearning and operations research
• Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau and Power BI)
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g. SalesForce HubSpot)
• Analytical mind and business acumen
• Strong math skills
• Problemsolving aptitude
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
