Responsibilities:
Design and implement intelligent automated testing solutions for semiconductor devices focusing on efficiency and accuracy improvements in measurement workflows.
Operate and maintain advanced automated test equipment such as systems from FormFactor and MPI tools ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with machine learning experts to integrate Automated Interpretable Reasoning capabilities into testing processes enhancing data analysis and decisionmaking.
Develop and optimize test methodologies to support the automated design and measurement of microelectronics ASICs and photonic devices.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners including photonics designers and semiconductor industry customers to refine testing protocols and advance product specifications.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Applied Physics or a closely related field; advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.)
At least 1 year of work experience in microelectronics ASIC VLSI or photonics testing.
Handson experience with automated test equipment and familiarity with industryleading tools such as FormFactor MPI MarTek (Electroglas) EXFO etc.
Proficiency using machine learning techniques to improve measurement accuracy and process automation.
Strong technical skills in the setup calibration and operation of complex highspeed (RF) measurement instrumentation for RF
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders.
