Responsibilities:

• Rapid Assessment: Evaluate emergency calls to determine priority and dispatch appropriate services swiftly and accurately.
• Efficient Communication: Handle multiple communication platforms with poise and precision.
• Empathetic Service: Offer exceptional support over the phone ensuring callers in distress receive immediate and caring assistance.
• TechSavvy Operations: Utilize CAD applications effectively to manage and record incident details.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German or Dutchor Italian or Spanish (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
• Ability to work flexible shifts within a 24/7 operation and adhere to a rotating schedule.
• Solid experience (6 months) in highpressure emergency roles with preference given to CAD experience(computer assisted dispatch) would be strong advantage.
• Broad experience in the emergency fire police or related fields would be essential.
• A proactive approach to remotely working 10% of your time with reliable internet access.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Map
• Having CPR certification or willing to obtain one.
