- Execution of UAS ISR service contracts both maritime and land.
- Develops and analyses solutions for technical proposals.
- Develops solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data to include sustainment modeling, logistical sparing, pricing and margin analysis.
- Knowledge of FAR-15 proposal development and act as Capture Team Lead (CTL)
- Understands and utilizes economic, financial, and industrial data to accurately diagnose business strengths and weaknesses, identifying key issues, and developing strategies and plans.
- Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
