- This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, product marketing, and customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
Evaluate customer challenges and design delightful solutions that meet measurable business goals.
Collaborate closely with product teams to define use cases and overarching requirements.
Advocate for strong design principles throughout the eero team, with extremely high standards for quality.
Establish, evolve, and evangelize eero’s design systems and visual language.
Inform designs using market research, user feedback, analytics, and usability studies
Efficiently produce process flows, wireframes, and visual design prototypes to articulate nuanced interaction behaviors.
Detail and maintain comprehensive user interface specifications.
Present design concepts to UX teams, product stakeholders, and executives for feedback and review.
Collaborate with development teams to implement designs, offering precise specifications and assets, and verifying final interfaces.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in UX, WiFi, and technology, and incorporate them into our design processes.
