Responsibilities:

1. Utilize our booking software and tools to provide comprehensive information about available travel options including flights hotels rental cars and activities tailored to each clients preferences.
   
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients offering personalized recommendations and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process.
   
3. Stay uptodate with industry trends new travel destinations and emerging technologies to enhance the overall customer booking experience.
   
4. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for increasing client satisfaction and retention as well as identifying potential new business opportunities.
   
5. Ensure all booking transactions are accurately documented and processed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
   
6. Proactively communicate with clients regarding any changes to their travel plans including itinerary adjustments cancelations or rescheduling while providing alternative options as needed.
