Job Description:We are thrilled to invite applications for the position of Early Years Enthusiast with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our esteemed team. As a key member of our EYFS department you will have the opportunity to inspire and ignite a love for learning in our youngest learners through engaging and enriching experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports the holistic development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Plan and deliver creative and playbased activities that promote curiosity exploration and discovery.
• Foster positive relationships with children parents and colleagues to create a supportive and collaborative learning community.
• Assess and monitor childrens progress providing tailored support and feedback to facilitate their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a balanced and developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage is desirable but not essential.
• Deep understanding of child development and effective pedagogical approaches in the EYFS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire young children.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments.
• Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and reflective practice.
