Department: Finance commercial
Role: Jr. Commercial Executive (Finance)
Purpose of the role: This is a varied and busy role focused on providing coordination
support to the Finance and Commercial Division of Sales and Marketing teams.
Purpose of the role: This is a varied and busy role focused on providing coordination
support to the Finance and Commercial Division of Sales and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Receivable management
2. Invoice generation and invoice submission with complete set of documents for payment which
includes Invoice copy BOE installation report and other commercial documents.
3. Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines to ensure on time
collection with regular followups over phone mails and visits if required to enable smooth Cash
Flow for Organization
4. To visit Bank/Client office as and when required
5. Manage any invoice disputes and accounts reconciliation activity and identify inconsistencies
6. Bookkeeping of all relevant records and documents for easy retrieval to serve as future
reference points for new projects and during various audits

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate to have a valid Bachelor Degree
Proven 23 experience as billing specialist / Invoice / Commercial knowledge
Must have Good Spoken/ written English skills
Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP MSOffice (Word Excel)
Knowledge of GST
